The Secret Life of Bees, by Sue Monk Kidd was such a wonderful book, everyone enjoyed the reading this month! We had a great discussion, too, with thoughts about what would continue to happen to the characters, and all kinds of other interesting ideas.
This was one of the most engrossing books that I have read in a long time! I couldn't put it down! There's plenty to discuss, too!
There is also a movie, which was well done. It's not as good as the book, which says more about the book being extra good, because it's a very enjoyable movie.
